Brief Description of Project

The facility consists of c 35,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing facility, complete with furnace installation, cutting machines, office accommodation, and audio visual rooms.  The building works consisted of the refurbishment of an existing stone building and a new steel frame structure with a cladding external envelope.  The project included site development works and landscaping.
