Brief Description of Project

EXTENSION TO TALLAGHT STADIUM TO INCLUDE A FOURTH SPECTATOR STAND AND CORPORATE FACILITIES IN TALLAGHT, DUBLIN 24, IRELAND.

The proposed development of the fourth stand with ancillary accommodation and services will increase the stadium capacity from 8,000 to 10,000-plus seats for sporting events and over 20,000 for music and cultural events. Also proposed under this contract is the development of street level opportunities, focusing on a high- quality feature elevation fronting and enlivening the N81, as well as a second-floor extension to the Whitestown Way accommodation which will include additional corporate function area accommodation for up to 200 people. This extended stadium facility combined with a new corporate function area, and street level retail provision will work to significantly enhance the already vibrant facility.
