Brief Description of Project

The works consisted of the fitout of an internal area of the existing facility.  A new Production area cleanroom was constructed including all mechanical, electrical and sprinkler works. The scope of works included providing c. 300m2 of cleanroom space, personnel and material air lock access points, alterations to plantrooms to allow the installation of new Air handling units.  The work also included the decommissioning of the existing packing rooms that were in the area.  This expansion is part of the ongoing development of the Teva Pharmaceuticals Ireland site.

We have been working with Teva and IVAX, it’s predecessor on both fitout and new build projects in their facility in the Waterford Industrial Estate over the last 20 years.
