Brief Description of Project

The facility consists of c 90,000 sq.ft. of office accommodation, c.15,000 sq.ft. R&D facility and a c. 50,000 sq.ft. warehouse.  The office section of the building stretches over the AlbertBasin, part of the London Dock.  The building is a steel frame structure built on piles with cladding and glazing external envelope.  The project included site development works, provision of carparking and landscaping.
