Brief Description of Project
Tendered in 2017, and currently under construction, this project involves a 4,450m2, three storey expansion of an existing laboratory, together with alterations to existing facades. The extended building will include extensive new lab areas, circulation areas, administration areas, staff welfare facilities and plantrooms.
