Brief Description of Project

This project at the new Waterford facility is located in the IDA Ireland Waterford Business and Technology Park. The project involved the fit-out of new offices, canteen and temporary cleanroom facilities, forming the first phase of Repligen Corporation’s proposed expansion in Waterford. The new reception area provides a sophisticated high-spec entrance to the building. The first floor consists of a mix of open plan desking, cellular offices, a mix of both cellular and break out meeting spaces and a new canteen space.
