Brief Description of Project

he project involves the refurbishment and fitting out of the third and fourth floor of Joshua Dawson House. It also requires the refurbishment of the ground floor reception area, in addition to miscellaneous external works. Phase 2 of the project involves the fit out of a laboratory space on the ground (part) and first floor. Also included are various works to the basement, ancillary areas and the construction of an external services platform.
