Brief Description of Project

McDermott Laboratories is undertaking works at Unit 25, 24 & 23, located within Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Grange Road, Baldoyle, Dublin 13.

This project involves the refurbishment, upgrading and extension of their existing facility to include a new three storey building. This new extension will house filling and packing lines together with staff accommodation, ware houses and laboratory facilities. The approx. area of the new buildings is 15,000m2
