Tramore land on market for €1.5m by Irish Independent- 16.05.13
A large tract of 160.5 acres, earmarked for a major development near Tramore, Co Waterford, is being offered for sale with a €1.5m guide price.
After it was zoned it was valued in 2008 at €42m. It is being sold by BBCQ Construction, representing a group of investors led by Dermot Brett.
