Brief Description of Project

Two Storey Extension & Ancillary Works(Roll No. 08221J) at St. Senan’s Primary School, Templeshannon, Enniscorthy Rural, Co. Wexford.

New two storey extension to existing primary school, with a gross floor area of 1710 m2. At ground level, this includes 4 special needs units, general purpose hall and ancillary accommodation. At first floor, it includes 4 classrooms, library, extension to the existing staff room, special education rooms, offices and link to the existing school buildings. It also includes certain alteration works to the existing building and ancillary site works including temporary accommodation.
