Brief Description of Project

City Square, Watercourse Road is an extensive mixed use development located on the north side of Cork City Centre. This scheme represents a significant move forward in the regeneration of the area.

City Square comprises of 147 residential units, 15 retail / office units, an extensive car park and associated communal areas. MacMinn O’Reilly Mahon was engaged on the City Square project to procure and administer the design and build contract including the provision of Quantity Surveying services.
