MacMinn O’Reilly Mahon are pleased to announce that construction has begun on the new €13m Carrickpheirish Campus Development. The site of 5 acres is located in the townland of Carrickphierish, to the Northwest of Waterford City and is a joint project between the Department of Education and Skills (DoES) and Waterford City Council (WCC). When completed, the campus will consist of two new 16 classroom schools accommodating both Gaelscoile na Deise and Waterford Educate Together. Enhanced community facilities will also be provided on site, which include a council funded community library.

MacMinn O’Reilly Mahon was first appointed in 2008 to provide Quantity Surveying services and is delighted to see the project now on site. Main contractors, Ganson Building & Civil Engineering Limited are expected to complete the works within 16 months which would see the development complete by mid 2015.
